After his Degree in Internet Business Engineering and 5 years as a Software Engineer, he founded the Data In Motion in 2010. He saw the merit in Modulare and Model driven Software early in his career and has been an evangelist for this approach ever since. He is was a member of the OSGi Alliance and an active participant in the different OSGi Experts groups. Today he is Steering Committee Member of the Eclipse OSGi Working Group.

After earning a master's degree in programming language design, Irina works at TypeFox as a language engineer, where she helps customers create their own programming languages and development environments.

Melanie Bats

Melanie Bats works as CTO at Obeo. In my daily work, I am mainly focused on managing the R&D team, creating products based on our own open source technologies. I am used to work in the development of modeling tools with Sirius like UML Designer. I am committer for the EEF and the Sirius projects. I am also involved in the Eclipse community as being the Eclipse Planning Council chair. I am also a free software activist who has organized and participated in free software events in the Toulouse area.
Wayne Beaton

Wayne is the Director of Open Source Projects at the Eclipse Foundation. He started writing software in 1983 on an Apple ][+, learned object-oriented programming and Smalltalk in 1987, and was an early adopter of Java. Wayne is a long time contributor to Eclipse open source projects, and regular presenter at JavaOne, JavaPolis/Devoxx, JAX, and EclipseCon.

Since 2002, I have accumulated specialized experience with Open Source communities. In 2010, I joined the Eclipse ecosystem when I became manager of OPEES, a European project whose key result is the creation of PolarSys, the Eclipse Working Group dedicated to Open Source tools for Embedded Systems.
Since I started in the software industry in 1996, I have been working primarily in Telecommunications, IT and Embedded Systems industries.
Since 2013, I contribute to the Eclipse ecosystem development in Europe, and I am the Conference chair of EclipseCon France.

Dr. Martin Brown

Martin lives in Windows, works in Linux and spends long nights in Terminals. He is a software architect at Cummins, Inc. (Indiana, US) leading the development of IoT edge platforms and apps. Martin studied comp sci at Florida A&M University (B.S., M.S.) and then Florida State University where he earned his doctorate, specializing in computer architecture. There he developed a benchmark suite for Android OS and designed an L1 cache based on the consistent memory access patterns of Android apps. Martin enjoys meeting new people and giving engaging technical presentations that tell stories.
