Nestor Hotel
The Nestor Hotel, located directly beside Forum am Schlosspark, succeeds in connecting the 19th and 20th centuries, offering the most modern technology and comfort in a unique historical atmosphere. The Nestor is our primary hotel for the conference.

Please note: The guaranteed conference rate has expired. The hotel may continue to offer the rate until the block of EclipseCon rooms has sold out so we encourage you to book as soon as possible. Changes to your reservation must be made via email or fax. You can cancel and receive a 100% refund up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. After that, the refund is reduced to 90%. Please contact the hotel directly if you have questions.

The Best Western Hotel, with its 88 modern and comfortable rooms, is located on a calm side street right in the city centre of Ludwigsburg and a 10-minute walk to the Forum. The main train station is only 350 meters away.
Single room rate: 125€ (includes buffet breakfast, service and VAT)
Double room rate for single use: 145€; for double use: 155€
You may reserve your room for the event via email to info@hotel-favorit.de. Please mention the code "EclipseCon" to receive your discounted conference rate. Free cancellation until 3 days before the event. After that, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total amount will be charged.
