About the Summit
The OSGi Working Group is pleased to be returning to Ludwigsburg, Germany for the second edition of the OSGi Summit. The Summit will be held in parallel with EclipseCon 2023 from October 16 - 19, 2023. The first day is OSGi Community Day and is a whole day packed full with talks on the newest things happening in the OSGi world, content about community, and many other topics. On days two and three, the OSGi Specification Project and the OSGi Working Group Steering Committee are meeting and there will be a Birds of a Feather session for all OSGi enthusiasts.
How to Attend
You may choose to attend either the OSGi Summit (Monday through Wednesday, October 16 - 18, €350 plus VAT), or the OSGi Community Day (Monday, October 16 only, €40 plus VAT). Attendees register via the EclipseCon registration system, accessible via the EclipseCon Registration page.
Please read through the "Things to Know" and "How to Register" information at the top of the page before clicking on the button to register. IMPORTANT: On the registration form, after you complete your personal information, enter the code 23OSGI in the "Special Access Key" box. Then you will be able to choose between the two OSGi passes.

Location
The OSGi Summit is co-located with EclipseCon 2023. Sessions will take place at the Nestor Hotel and the FMZ. Both are within a two-minute walk from the Forum am Schlosspark, the EclipeCon venue. Lunch and receptions will be at the Forum. See more information about the Nestor Hotel and the FMZ below.
When you arrive on Monday, October 16, please go to the Forum first to pick up your badge, and then go to the Nestor Hotel for the sessions in the Mozart I room.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, you may go directly to the FMZ, Konferenzraum 3, for the sessions.Agenda
