He's been a freelancer and startup CEO (RIP) and has worked as a volunteer and professional community organizer. These days, Josh serves as President of the Open Source Initiative and is a Senior Open Source Strategist at Salesforce.

Alex is a passionate tester whose favourite topics are quality, agility and humans. She is CEO and Head of Quality at Bredex GmbH. In these roles, she supports colleagues, customers and teams on their journey to better quality - be it in products, in processes or in their communication.
In previous roles, she was responsible for enabling teams and growing quality. Now she enables others to do that work, and works on nurturing a system in the company where everyone can flourish. Alex views the world through the curious eyes of a tester and loves learning new things. She shares her knowledge and experience in workshops, coaching sessions and as a speaker or keynote speaker at conferences.

Mike has been the Executive Director of the Eclipse Foundation since 2004. He also has a few other hats as a director of the Open Source Initiative, and a member of the Java Community Process Executive Committee. He is a passionate believer in open source as the best way to innovate and collaborate. He also considers himself to be the Eclipse community's chief cheerleader.

He is the co-founder of the annual European Open Source & Free Software Law Event.
