Cédric Brun (committee chair) is CEO at Obeo and strives to build great products in Eclipse and on Eclipse, mostly focused on pragmatic modeling technologies to build high value tools for industry, aerospace, and automotive, plus commercializing off-the-shelve products for system engineering and enterprise architecture. He is a member of the Modeling PMC, project lead of Amalgam, and a committer on the Acceleo and Sirius projects.

Sven Efftinge is CEO at TypeFox and head of product for Gitpod. He also initiated and co-leads the Theia project. In his spare time Sven goes kitesurfing on the Baltic Sea and loves to spend quality time with his two boys.

Lars Geyer-Blaumeiser is a software engineer at Bosch.IO GmbH working in an organization that is supporting open source efforts within companies. In his role, Lars works in the OSS Compliance Tooling Group of the Open Chain project contributing to several open source projects in this area. In the past, he supported the build up of the OpenADx community, an open source ecosystem for the development of toolchains in the autonomous driving area. He earned his PhD in computer science from the University of Kaiserslautern.

Noopur Gupta is an Eclipse enthusiast working as an advisory software engineer at IBM India Software Labs. She co-leads the Eclipse Java Development Tools project and has been a committer on the project for more than seven years. Before that, she was associated with Eclipse during her work at SAP Labs India. Noopur has been an evangelist of Eclipse technologies and is a recognized speaker at several Eclipse events. She is also a member of the Eclipse Architecture Council and the ACM Future of Computing Academy.

Emily Jiang is a Java Champion. She is Liberty Microservices Architect and Advocate and Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM, based at Hursley Lab in the UK. Emily is a MicroProfile guru and has been working on MicroProfile since 2016. She leads the specifications of MicroProfile Config, Fault Tolerance and Service Mesh, and is a CDI Expert Group member.

Philip Langer is a principal software architect and general manager of EclipseSource in Vienna. Since many years now, Philip is passionate about the modeling technologies of the Eclipse ecosystem. More recently web-/cloud-based tool development has become one of his main focus areas. In his daily work, Philip supports organizations in building web-based domain-specific modeling and engineering tools, including graphical modeling editors, model diff/merge with Git, and much more -- all based on open-source Eclipse technologies. Philip is the project lead of the Eclipse Graphical Language Server Platform (GLSP), as well as of EMF.cloud and a committer on Sprotty, EMF Compare, and Papyrus.

Jens Reimann is a Principal Software Engineer in the messaging team of Red Hat, focusing on IoT related topics. In addition to working with several Eclipse and OSGi based technologies for many years, he is also committer on several Eclipse IoT projects, IoT PMC co-lead, and project lead of two projects: Eclipse NeoSCADA and Eclipse Package Drone.

Torkild Ulvøy Resheim (chair emeritus) is a senior software engineer and co-owner of Itema, a software consultancy based in Trondheim, Norway. As a contractor and consultant, he has helped companies use a wide range of Eclipse technologies for the past decade. Most of this time have been spent developing solutions for the semiconductor, maritime, and offshore energy sectors. Torkild runs the Trondheim Eclipse User Group, sits on the Eclipse Architecture Council and the Eclipse Science PMC, and helps out in the Eclipse Science Working Group. He is also a solutions member representative on the Eclipse Foundation Board of Directors.

Alex Schladebeck is a passionate tester whose favourite topics are quality, agility and humans. She is CEO and Head of Quality at Bredex GmbH. In these roles, she supports colleagues, customers and teams on their journey to better quality - be it in products, in processes or in their communication. In previous roles, she was responsible for enabling teams and growing quality. Now she enables others to do that work, and works on nurturing a system in the company where everyone can flourish. Alex views the world through the curious eyes of a tester and loves learning new things. She shares her knowledge and experience in workshops, coaching sessions and as a speaker or keynote speaker at conferences.
