Welcome to the Speaker Info page, and congratulations on having your talk accepted for EclipseCon 2022. We had a huge number of submissions this year, and the program is going to be amazing.
If you have any questions after reading this page, or need help at any time, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The schedule has been published! Please look for your talk, and let us know ASAP if you have any questions or need help.
You are free to design your slides however you like. But if you prefer to use our design, you can download one of these slide templates.
Please remember to register! We really appreciate NOT having to remind you to do that. Registration is the only way that we can be sure you will be there to give your talk. Also remember to book your hotel room soon. We expect the Nestor to fill up quickly, and the conference room rate expires on September 9.
Your registration confirms that you will attend and give the talk, so please register promptly!
The first speaker on a talk receives a free Three-Day Pass (Tuesday through Thursday) to the conference. If you are using a speaker discount and you wish to choose an All-Access Pass (to attend Community Day on Monday, October 24), your total cost will be €75 plus VAT after your speaker discount is applied. Note that this is a discounted Community Day price for speakers.
For general information about speaker discounts, see the Speaker FAQs page.
Many co-speakers who don’t qualify for a speaker discount may qualify for a Committer, Member, or Alumni discount. More information about these discounts will be available when registration opens in mid-July.
Be sure to book your hotel, especially if you plan to stay at the Nestor. We expect the Nestor to sell out. The special conference rate expires on September 9, 2022. For more information, see the Hotels page on the website.
Please bring your own laptop for your presentation. Standard equipment includes an HD projector with HDMI and VGA input. See the list below for info on each session room. All rooms have amplified sound with two headset mics.
If your laptop needs an adapter, please bring it.
Please email email@example.com if you have special A/V needs, or have questions about the A/V.

Internet Access On Site
Each session room will have a wired line for speaker use. We cannot guarantee the speed or reliability of the attendee WiFi, so please design your talk so that its success does not depend on good attendee connectivity.
If you need to change the day or time of your talk after the schedule is published, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that occasionally we need to change the schedule after it is published; we will notify you immediately if we need to change the day or time of your talk.
Please Add Your Photo and Bio
We have a Speakers page on the conference website, but many speakers are missing a photo and bio. Please add these items to your eclipse.org account so that they appear on the website!
Promoting Your Talk
Get more people to your talk! Blog, tweet (#eclipsecon), invite friends and colleagues to attend. Some of you may be contacted by a member of the Eclipse Foundation marketing team about promoting your particular talk. We appreciate your participation in our conference marketing activities.
For badges, icons, and banners to use to help promote the conference, see the Community Resources page.
