Important Dates
- 31 August 2022: Deadline for Elite and Premium sponsors to submit a sponsored talk
- 20 September 2022: Live training on sponsor use of the conference mobile app
- 30 September 2022: Deadline for finalizing company profiles in the mobile app
- 3 October 2022: Deadline for ordering display signage
- 3 October 2022: Deadline for ordering monitor rental and wired line
- 21 October 2022: Earliest date that shipments may arrive at the Forum

Exhibit Schedule
Setup and Teardown
- Exhibitor Setup: Monday, 24 October, 14:00 - 17:00
- Exhibitor Teardown: Wednesday, 26 October, 19:00 - 20:00
and Thursday, 27 October, 9:00 - 11:00 - all shipments must be picked up by 11:00
Exhibit Area Hours
- Monday, 24 October: 17:00 - 19:00 (including Meet & Greet)
- Tuesday, 25 October: 10:00 - 18:30 (including Stammtisch)
- Wednesday, 26 October: 10:00 - 19:00 (including reception)
Display Information
The standard tabletop display includes a table (187.5 cm x 80 cm) and a pin board, plus wired Internet, power, and two chairs.
- For setups A and D, the area of the pin board visible above the table is 118.5 cm wide x 116 cm high. (See photos.)
- For setup B, the full area of the pin board is 118.5 cm wide x 145.5 cm high. (See photo.)
- Exhibitors may choose a high round table with stools in place of the standard table and chairs. The high round tables are 80 cm in diameter.
- Approximate sizes of display area: Elite and Premium: 305 cm x 244 cm; Basic: 244 cm x 152 cm.

Sponsors are welcome to bring their own display if it fits within their assigned space; please contact us if you are bringing your own. Some display areas include extra space for monitor stands, signs, literature racks, etc. The display areas vary in size, so please contact us to make sure that items you want to bring will fit in your area.
Wired Internet Connection
All sponsor booths will be equipped with a wired Internet connection at no extra cost.

You may bring your own signs for your display, or you may order them from our local Ludwigsburg graphics supplier, FORMENformen, contact person Brigitte Braun.
Pin Board Sign A
Sign A is for booth setups A and D, where a rectangular table is placed in front of the pin board.
- The sign covers the area of the pin board above the table
- 118 wide x 116 cm high, 180g/qm paper, full color
- Price is €77 plus VAT (€91,63 paid directly to FORMENformen)
Pin Board Sign B
Sign B is for booth setup B, where the pin board is in full view.
- The sign covers the entire front of the pin board
- 118 wide x 145.5 cm high, 180g/qm paper, full color
- Price is €93 plus VAT (€110,67 paid directly to FORMENformen)

- Prices are for signs made from image file prepared by sponsor and emailed to FORMENformen
- Deadline to order at these prices is 3 October; payment is due by 12 October, directly to FORMENformen - Note that payment MUST be received before the sign will be produced
- Signs will be delivered to the Forum before sponsor setup on Monday morning, 24 October

Renting Monitors
FORMENformen is also offering a monitor rental package. Cost of the rental package is €450 plus VAT (€535,50 paid directly to FORMENformen).
