The State of the Eclipse Community
Mike Milinkovich, Eclipse Foundation
Mike has been the Executive Director of the Eclipse Foundation since 2004. He also has a few other hats as a director of the Open Source Initiative, and a member of the Java Community Process Executive Committee. He is a passionate believer in open source as the best way to innovate and collaborate. He also considers himself to be the Eclipse community's chief cheerleader.

Agnès Crepet
Agnès Crepet is involved in projects that make IT a great tool to help people and serve projects with societal and environmental impacts. She’s currently the Head of Software Longevity and IT at Fairphone, a social enterprise creating the world’s first ethical, modular smartphone. She co-founded the company Ninja Squad. She also co-founded the MiXiT conf and has been leading Duchess France for 10 years.

Margaux Levisalles
A strong believer in collective action, it was during her university studies in Canada that Margaux forged her interest for social entrepreneurship and community action. Attracted by the ambition and the values of Latitudes, a collective movement of tech actors working to create meaningful and responsible technologies, she joined the adventure in March 2018. Over the past 4 years, the movement has reached 12,000 people in universities and companies and is home to 400 tech projects for the common good!

Richard Littauer
Richard Littauer has spent the last decade working in open source communities, particularly in Node.js and JavaScript communities and in the decentralized internet space. He is the main panelist for the Sustain Podcast, and is one of the founders and facilitators of OSPO++, a community dedicated to open source programme offices in universities, cities, and governments. He holds two Masters in Linguistics, and spends his free time as a digital nomad writing poetry, birding, and writing emails.

Cristian Parrino
Cristian is a social entrepreneur with a commercial and innovation background, rooted in the open technology and sustainability sectors. He shares his time across a number of entrepreneurial and advisory roles focussed on the intersection of social, environmental and economic issues and on the systemic change and coalitions required to address these. He is currently the Chief Sustainability Officer at OpenUK, where he leads on open technology for sustainable development, a Board Trustee at InterClimate Network, a youth environmental charity where he co-leads on the secretariat role for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Youth Action Against Climate Change, and a Board Trustee at Earthwatch Europe, an environmental charity focussed on citizen science. He was previously the CEO and Co-Founder of Greengame, a tech-for-good startup focussed on incentivizing sustainable behavior, and also spent several years in the open source technology world when he led Canonical's mobile and online services programs.
