What We Do with Your Personal Data
For you to register for the conference, we need minimal personal data to reserve your place and to send you the information necessary for your participation. Your data will not be used for any other purpose and will be retained only for financial and tax reporting purposes. If you prefer that we also use your data so that you can receive information on our future events and offerings, please check the appropriate boxes as part of the registration process. You can withdraw your consent on each communication you receive from us with a dedicated link. We also seek your consent to share your information with our sponsors so they can contact you regarding their respective services and offerings. Should you grant this consent, then your personal data will be protected under their privacy policies, and if you wish to withdraw consent, you would have to make your request directly to them.

Special Content
- Eclipse Community Day: a full day of activities for working groups and other special initiatives on Monday, October 22, the day before the conference; read the details. Please note that registration discounts for the conference (for sponsors, speakers, etc.) do NOT apply to the Eclipse Community Day. We are not able to offer discounts to the Eclipse Community Day.
- IoT Day: a day of talks about IoT on Tuesday, October 23; read the details
- Project Quality Day: a day of talks about quality assurance in projects on Wednesday, October 24; read the details
In addition to the Eclipse Community Day and Theme Days, we are planning an IoT Playground, BoFs, receptions, and evening community activities.

Pay Us a Visit!
Curious about the conference? Spend Tuesday afternoon and evening with us (October 23) with no admission fee. Attend the keynote talk, visit the exhibits, check out the activities, socialize at the Stammtisch, and enjoy the evening entertainment (limited number of passes available; this pass does not include access to talks other than the keynote).
Discount Codes
All registration discounts are provided through discount codes. If you expect a discount, please do not register before you know your discount code. Details about discounts are on the Registration FAQs page.
We have changed the registration system, so please note that discount codes are now added on the payment page when registering. Please enter the code, and then be sure to click "Apply." (Hitting "Enter" will not apply the code.)
