With a PhD in Computer Science and System Engineering from the University of Calabria (Italy), Marco’s expertise includes cloud and edge computing, container orchestration, IoT, advanced data analytics and HPC. He now combines his work as Senior Scientist at the Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change (CMCC) with his role as Cloud Technical Evangelist at OpenNebula. Marco also contributes with his technical skills and knowledge on Kubernetes and containers to the GAIA-X project.
