Fork the IDE: Build your own SDK with CBI

The Eclipse SDK is now built on Maven/Tycho making it much  easier for non-committers to build and contribute patches. This talk will go into details on how to fork the Eclipse SDK and build it on your own local setup.

The title puts in opposition IDE and CBI. Both approaches are complementary, so I think it would be more useful to cover how easy it is to now contribute to the platform and build it yourself.

This is aimed towards contributors -- Getting the code from Git, Changing something, building the IDE yourself then contributing patches. How about we change the titie to:

F**K THE IDE: BUILD YOUR OWN SDK AND GIVE SOMETHING BACK

... or something along those lines.
