The standard display includes a table (1.2m long x .60m deep x .79m high) and two chairs.
Poster boards will be supplied upon request. Each poster board panel measures 94 cm wide x 240 cm high.
Power and WiFi are included. Sponsors are welcome to bring their own booth if it fits within their assigned space (each space is 3 meters wide by 2 meters deep); please contact us if you would like to bring your own display.
Please use the address below when shipping to the venue. Note that shipments must not arrive BEFORE Thursday, 7 June and must arrive NO LATER than Tuesday, 12 June. Sponsors must arrange for their own return shipping.

Ordering from the Venue
You may bring your own signs for your display, or you may order from the venue. The deadline for ordering graphics from the venue is Wednesday, 24 May. The price of a 94 cm wide x 240 cm high poster is €233 plus any applicable VAT. Your image file should be a high-resolution PDF, at least 300 dpi. Please contact the venue for more information. The venue needs your VAT or DUNS number and invoicing address to process your order, so please have that available.
You may rent a monitor (or other AV items) from the venue; see this form. The deadline for ordering AV from the venue is Monday, 4 June. Please contact the venue for more information. The venue needs your VAT or DUNS number and invoicing address to process your order, so please have that available.
There is WiFi at the venue, but speed and reliability are not guaranteed. You may order a wired line for your booth; cost is €219.48 plus any applicable VAT. You may also order various IT equipment; see this form. Please contact the venue for more information. The deadline for ordering a wired Internet line from the venue is Monday, 4 June. The venue needs your VAT or DUNS number and invoicing address to process your order, so please have that available.
Attendee badges will have a QR code with attendee information. If you want to gather attendee data by scanning the codes, you will need to have a code reader app for your smartphone.
Please be aware that we do not provide security in the exhibit areas, and the Eclipse Foundation and the Centre de Congrès Pierre Baudis are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
