He is a strong supporter of open source. In the past, he worked as a product manager, solutions architect and developer for companies as diverse as Pivotal, Cisco and Oracle.

Steffen Evers leads the "Open Source Services" team of Bosch Software Innovations. The team provides development services for open source software (OSS) that is essential for Bosch. It also consults on strategy, community work, software management and compliance processes in the area of OSS. Since 2000, OSS has been the focus of his work. He has researched, taught, and promoted open source development and supported various companies in the use of OSS to achieve their business objectives.
Dirk Fauth

Dirk Fauth is a Research Engineer for Development Tooling working for the ETAS GmbH which is a 100% susidiary of the Robert Bosch GmbH in Stuttgart and a lecturer in Java basics for the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). He is active in developing, teaching and talking about Eclipse RCP applications and Eclipse related technologies. He is project lead of the Nebula NatTable project, Eclipse Platform committer and also a committer and contributor to several other Eclipse projects.

Working in software since more than 20 years, David has contributed, in the last 10 years, to various open-source projects around software development tools: first in the Quality Analysis domain on SonarQube, and later in Language and IDE development, bootstrapping the IDE support of the Ceylon language.
He became a Ceylon core team member for several years and, among other tasks, developed and maintained the Eclipse and IntelliJ plugins.
Now working for Red Hat on Cloud development tools, he is an active contributor on Eclipse Che, where he now focuses on leveraging Kubernetes Operators.

Lars is working in the central department for IoT and Digitalization at Bosch. He participates in the Open Source Program Office as supporter for Open Source projects throughout Bosch. In previous roles he acted as senior consultant and contributor for Open Source topics and on eclipse-based products for automotive software development. He got his PhD from the university of Kaiserslautern.

Ivar Grimstad is the Jakarta EE Developer Advocate at Eclipse Foundation. He is a Java Champion, and JUG Leader based in Sweden.
Ivar is the PMC Lead for Eclipse Enterprise for Java (EE4J) and involved in the Jakarta EE Working Group. He is also one of the community representatives in the JCP Executive Committee as well as specification lead for JSR 371 (MVC 1.0).
Ivar is also involved in Eclipse MicroProfile, Apache NetBeans and a frequent speaker at International developer conferences.
