Robert Andres has worked in the IT and Communications industry since 1987. His IT career began at Digital Equipment Corporation in customer service, technical training and data centre operations, where he quickly discovered his passion for networking and distributed systems.
Mr. Andres spent several years at 3Com Corporation GmbH in Product Management and as Marketing Director where he was a member of the 3Com Executive Board in charge of Central Europe. In 1997 he became Marketing Director for the Client Access Business Unit in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Since 1999 Mr. Andres has supported businesses in marketing, consulting, sales strategies, business development, and training, particularly in the fields of embedded, networking, M2M/IoT, and IT security. From 2010, Mr. Andres has worked as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Eurotech Group, where IoT hardware and software strategy is part of his responsibilities.

He started writing software in 1983 on an Apple ][+, learned object-oriented programming and Smalltalk in 1987, and was an early adopter of Java. Wayne is a content review committee member for Devoxx and JavaOne, is a long time contributor to Eclipse open source projects, and regular presenter at JavaOne, JavaPolis/Devoxx, JAX, and EclipseCon.
Matthias works as a development expert at SAP. Having more than 10 years of experience in software development, Matthias is part of a development team providing Eclipse based development tools for SAP specific programming environments.

Francis Bordeleau is co-Founder and CEO of Cmind. He is responsible for the overall corporate strategy and product management. He has over 25 years of experience in software and model-based engineering (MBE); researching, working, consulting, and collaborating with companies worldwide. Prior to CMind, he was Product Manager for SW Development at Ericsson (2013-2017) responsible for MBE and Chairman of the Eclipse Papyrus IC. He was also Founder and CEO of Zeligsoft (2003-2013) and Director of Tooling Business for PrismTech (2010-2013). Francis holds a Ph.D. from Carleton University (1999).

He's been active member of open source communities for many years and a contributor to various projects, like Apache ActiveMQ and Eclipse Hono.
