At EclipseCon, Tuesday and Wednesday are "BoF Nights," with a mix of pre-scheduled and onsite-organized Birds of a Feather (BoF) sessions during the evening.
If you would like to propose a pre-scheduled BoF, please use this submission form (you must be logged in first). If we have space, we will add your BoF to the published schedule.
You may also organize a BoF after you arrive at the conference. Just check out the BoF Board near Registration to see how it's done.
