This short talk will demonstrate how to make JRockit your default Eclipse JVM and how to setup Eclipse to run JRockit Mission Control from within the IDE. It will also briefly discuss the black magic you can perform once you have everything setup properly.
Mission Control is a low overhead diagnostics and profiling tools suite used to solve both development time and production time issues. The latest version of Mission Control is available both as a stand alone RCP application, included with the JRockit JDK, as well as a set of Eclipse plugins that integrates with the Eclipse Java IDE.
