Eclipse Summit Europe 2010 Submission Guidelines

If you are new to ESE submissions, or want to give your submission the best chance of being selected, we suggest that you skip this page and instead read the more detailed version on the wiki.

ESE 2010 Submission System

The Submission System is very easy to use. There are five things to fill out:
  • Title
  • Abstract
  • Type
  • Category (see the list and descriptions here)
  • Authors

Speaker Discounts

  • Tutorials and Symposia: each of these talks earns one (1) free pass to ESE
  • Long Talks and Short Talks: each of these talks earns one (1) 50% discount off ESE registration fees
Please note that co-presenters must agree among themselves who will use the discount. Speaker discounts may not be combined with other discounts, such as alumni or committer discounts.

Speaker Agreement

All presenters must sign a Speaker Agreement. If your talk is accepted, you will receive an email with the URL of your individual Agreement. After you (and all co-presenters) have signed the Agreement, you'll receive registration instructions.
