This poster presents OpenFlow a domain-specific platform based on Eclipse RCP. This OpenFlow platform is used to build industrial or research software packages for oil & gas companies. As a common infrastructure, it provides a set of basic components for the exploration & production domain : an E&P data model and persistence, high performance data manager, 1D to 4D scientific visualization tools, workflow builder and manager and more.

Daniel Rahon was the Project Manager of the OpenFlow platform at IFP and software architect for industrial products. As Research Engineer, he published several articles on numerical well testing and identification of geological forms using production data. As IT architect, he published articles on the introduction of object oriented technologies in scientific software development and recently an article on information technologies for interoperability.
