OSGi Meeting Registration Instructions

Welcome, OSGi members! We are pleased to be hosting this co-located meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 09:00 to 17:00, at the Film und Medienzentrum, next door to Forum am Schloßpark, the main conference venue. We invite you to join the ESE attendees for lunch at the Forum from 13:00 to 14:00.

Pre-registration is required for the meeting, and the cost is €100 ($145).

If you are registering for the OSGi Meeting only, please follow these instructions:

Go to the ESE registration page
Select attendee role "A2. Attending OSGi Only" and proceed with registration
When you reach the "OSGi Users' Forum Germany Meeting" page, select "1" as the quantity and continue through the rest of the pages
When you finish registration, your fees should total €100 ($145)

If you are registering for both Eclipse Summit Europe and the OSGi Meeting, please follow these instructions:

Go to the ESE registration page
Select attendee role "A1. All Access Pass" and proceed with registration
When you reach the "OSGi Users' Forum Germany Meeting" page, select "1" as the quantity and continue through the rest of the pages
When you finish registration, your fees should include your ESE conference fees plus €100 or $145 for the OSGi Meeting

If you have already registered for Eclipse Summit Europe and you now want to add the OSGi meeting, please follow these instructioins:

Go to the ESE registration page
Select "Access My Registration" and log into your registration record
Click on the "Edit My Registration" link on the "Main" tab
Click "Next" at the bottom of the page until you reach the "OSGi Users' Forum Germany Meeting" page
Select "1" as the quantity and continue through the rest of the pages
You will be asked to submit payment on the payment page
If you would like an updated receipt, click on the "Print/Send My Invoice" link on the "Main" tab
