Submit a Poster

Eclipse is now calling for poster proposal submissions for Eclipse Summit Europe. The purpose of having posters is to foster interaction among fellow participants in small, informal groups. Submissions are encouraged from research institutions, universities, commercial companies and individuals. Posters are an excellent way to provide one-on-one learning opportunities to attendees.

There will be a maximum of 12* posters accepted. Approved submissions must be produced and brought to the conference by the submitters. Accepted posters should measure no more than 118.5 cm wide by 141 cm tall. Pin boards and pins will be provided to display the posters (poster displays do not include power or tables).

*As of October 20, all poster slots are full.

Submission Process

• Call for poster proposals opens on September 14, 2009
• Poster proposals will be reviewed by the Program Committee as they are submitted and will receive a response within two weeks
• Call for posters closes when the maximum of 12 posters is reached
• The call for posters closed October 20, 2009

How to Submit a Poster Proposal

Submit your poster using the ESE Submission System. Please describe your poster's content in the abstract. If you would like to upload an image, there is a field in the submission for entering a URL to a file on a document sharing site (slideshare, etc.).
