How to Sponsor

Sponsor Benefits

Based on the feedback we heard from the Eclipse ecosystem members we have expanded the benefit package for Eclipse Summit Europe 2008 sponsors. Benefits now include:

• Two (2) passes to Eclipse Summit Europe. These passes are full conference passes; no restrictions apply.
• Corporate logo displayed on conference website
• Pre- or post-show email to attendees - via a bonded mailing house
  (why a bonded mailing house?)
• Prominently displayed logo on conference banner
• Corporate logo on printed conference program (must receive logo by September 15, 2008)
• For exhibitor sponsors, a display area for each sponsor. The display area includes a 187.5 cm x 80 cm table and 118.5 cm wide x 179 cm tall pin board centrally located in a combined refreshment and mingling area. While we cannot accommodate trade show booths, we have endeavored to provide a standard, lightweight presence for each of our sponsors. Display areas have standard power outlets.

Sponsorship Fee

The sponsorship fee is €4,000 (four thousand) for Eclipse members and €4,350 (four thousand three hundred fifty) for non-members. Details on payment options will be provided with the invoice. Fees can be paid in euros (bank transfer, credit card) or US dollars (check, wire transfer, credit card).

Please note that invoices are due on receipt and that your sponsorship does not become active until we receive full payment of the sponsorship fee. When your funds arrive at the Eclipse Foundation, we will add your logo to the conference website, finalize your booth selection, and provide you with the other sponsorship benefits.

Since sponsor displays consist of a provided table and pin board for signage, set up and take down should be minimal. Sponsors are welcome to set up their areas on November 18 at 16:00-18:00 or on November 19 at 8:00-9:30. Sponsor displays should be taken down November 20 at 16:00-18:00.

Unique Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsors of Eclipse Summit Europe may add on a reception or meal sponsorship for an additional €1,000 (one thousand). This option is only available to existing sponsors of ESE and the sponsorship is not exclusive. So depending on demand, there may be multiple sponsors for a reception. Choice of reception will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Additional opportunities for sponsorship are available for Eclipse Summit Europe. How to Sponsor

The steps to complete your sponsorship are:

1. Click on an available booth location in the map below.
   • That click takes you to a Sponsorship Agreement page.
2. Fill out the Sponsorship Agreement form, making sure to include a purchase order (PO) number and an authorized e-signature.
   • Press the "I agree to sponsor" button to contractually agree to sponsor
     Eclipse Summit Europe 2008.
   • The website will generate a confirmation page.
3. Print and sign the confirmation page, then send it and your purchase order to the Eclipse Foundation by fax to +1-503-261-0964 or summit@eclipsecon.org.
4. You will receive an invoice from the Eclipse Foundation, with payment options in EUR or USD, to a European or US account.
   • Sponsor Fees are non-refundable, except in the event that the conference is canceled.
   • All sponsorship payments must be received at the Eclipse Foundation by September 15, 2008 in order to be included in the printed program.
5. Sponsorships are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to select your booth and send in your Agreement with payment promptly.
