Adrian Skehill is the Founder and Managing Director of Calom Technologies, a company developing software to power the next generation of Set Top Boxes. Prior to founding Calom, Adrian held a number of development roles with IONA Technologies for 10 years. The later part of this time was spent leading the user interface team in building eclipse plugins to support IONA's products. He also played a key role in the eclipse STP project, leading the service creation project and was part of the team that got the STP onto the main eclipse release train. Adrian has now become a committer on the Buckminster project and is helping the project develop out its build and test systems.

Henrik has over 20 years of experience architecting and developing innovative infrastructure and application software and tooling.
