The Device Software Development Platform (DSDP) top-level project has successfully been working on extensible, standards-based applications of Eclipse for the needs in embedded development since it's creation in June 2005. This talk will focus on the recent achievements with the Ganymede simultaneous release, and demonstrate how the projects can actually work together to build a real Platform:
Along the demo, we will highlight the status of each project as of Ganymede, as well as current technical developments, technology release plans, and technical roadmap. If you are involved in embedded software or hardware development, come to this talk to learn what DSDP is doing in Eclipse and how you can get involved.
