The talk will focus on the use of Eclipse with the CDT in a serial development project. The projects process tries to take the "Eclipse-Way" as far as possible and that includes the constant improvement of the developers environment. The use of managed make files, highly customized plugins and extensions to the CDT led to a Toolchain allowing a very flexible process with extremely fast turnaround times. This fact is not only appreciated by the developers but even more by the customers.
Current activities include the adoption to CDT 4 which with its new build model did a very good in solving some issues with large and complex projects.
