You should arrive at the conference no later than one hour before your presentation. Upon arrival, you should go to the Registration desk, where final details and credentials for the conference will be given.

Available AV will include a data projector with VGA connector and a lavaliere microphone. You must bring your own computer/laptop to present your slides and any additional demo software. The room will be set classroom style (chairs and tables). Wireless Internet will be available in the meeting rooms. Please let us know if you have additional AV requests, they will be considered on a case by case basis.

Presenter/Presentation Information

The Eclipse Summit Europe 2007 website includes details about you and your presentation. To change this information, please send an email to Lynn Gayowski. Please allow a few days for changes to be applied in case of a large backlog.

The presentation information on the website as of August 8, 2007 at 5pm (PDT) is the information that will be used in all printed conference materials. Changes made after that time will be reflected on the website, but not in the printed material.

Waiver

Presenters are encouraged and expected to make their presentation material available to the community. Presentations sent to Lynn Gayowski will upload to the Eclipse Summit Europe website. Authors are welcome (even encouraged) to retain their copyright while making the material available under the Eclipse Public License or a Creative Commons license; material under other licenses will not be displayed on the Eclipse Summit Europe website.

The undersigned agrees and acknowledges to the Eclipse Foundation the following in the context of participating at Eclipse Summit Europe 2007:

• If the speaker posts an electronic copy of their presentation slides to the conference website, the speaker grants the conference permission to post the materials to the conference website and include in any distributed materials - I agree I disagree

Recording Waiver

I hereby grant permission for the Eclipse Foundation, Inc. ("ECLIPSE") to transcribe and reproduce my presentation and comments for the above named event and/or publication ("Material") and to distribute the Material in complete or partial form provided the original intent and content is not substantially altered. Specifically, ECLIPSE may, at its option, remove ums, ahhs, silences, and other non-content segments to help the presentation move more smoothly. ECLIPSE may also, at its option, extract segments of the presentation (for example, a section that covers an illustrative example) provided that the original intent and content are not substantially altered (for example, ECLIPSE cannot edit a pro-RCP presentation into an anti-RCP presentation). This permission allows ECLIPSE to reproduce/broadcast my presentation on CD-ROM, DVD, videocassette, broadcast, webcast, internet streaming, cablecast, laserdisc, multimedia or any other media format now or hereafter known.

Accordingly, I give ECLIPSE the right to use my image, voice, pronouncements, likeness, and my name, and any biographical material submitted by me, for the reproduction and distribution described above. I understand that ECLIPSE is under no obligation to exercise any or all of the rights, licenses, and privileges herein granted.

All permissions granted by me herein shall be effective in perpetuity. All permissions granted by me herein extend and apply to ECLIPSE and its contractors, sublicensed distributors, and agents.

The material is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Registration

Complimentary conference registration for a maximum of one (1) presenter. Registration is NOT automatic and you should complete the online registration form. Once the speaker agreements have completed and returned by all presenters for the above session, registration codes for complimentary registration will be distributed. Be sure to select "Presenter" type when you register. If there are more presenters than registration codes available, it will be the responsibility of the presenters to decide who uses the codes.

Both conference registration and lodging arrangements can be made by visiting the Eclipse Summit Europe 2007 website.

The speakers are responsible for their own costs of attending and preparing for the conference, including lodging and travel costs.

Acceptance

To accept this agreement, Speaker must complete all sections of the agreement. Please complete this agreement by August 8, 2007 - if this Agreement is not completed by August 8, 2007, your session will be withdrawn from the program.
