Eclipse Summit Europe 2007 was a great success, but it's now over, so we're not taking registrations any more. This page remains on the website as a reference of the ESE registration policies.

If you are paying by credit card, just use the online registration system and follow the instructions. If you are paying by wire transfer, please follow these instructions so that we can correctly credit your payment to your registration record.
EclipseCon 2007 accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, wire transfers, and purchase orders. We cannot process American Express - sorry. If you use a wire transfer please follow these instructions. If you use a purchase order, please see "Registrations and Payment" below.
Note: credit card payments will be processed in dollars. For your convenience, all invoices and receipts show both euro and dollar amounts at the bottom of the page in the notes field. You will automatically receive a confirmation email when you register and can always get another confirmation or receipt/invoice copy by logging into the registration system and selecting "Print/Send My Invoice" on the "My Registration" tab.
If a main conference talk uses more than one presenter, the additional presenters must register as the "A2. Presenter" role and pay at the normal conference attendee price.
Sponsors are, of course, welcome to bring more than two people to the Eclipse Summit Europe, but the third, fourth, and so on must register and pay as normal conference attendees.
With credit card registrations, we receive the funds immediately so your registration becomes active immediately. With wire transfer registrations, some banks are quicker than others, although in general wire transfers are a prompt way for us to receive the funds. With purchase orders, please make sure that your company pays the P.O. promptly because we cannot activate your registration until we have received those funds (the check).
The goal of early registration prices is to provide advance cash flow for deposits on the conference center, food & beverages, audio-visual, and so on. Thus we have a policy of not allowing pending registrations to span registration price increases. In other words, if you use the online registration system to register during the early registration period, but choose a "pay later" option (e.g., wire transfer, check, or P.O.), we must receive those funds to complete your registration before the end of early registration. If we do not receive your funds before the prices increase, your registration will automatically be upgraded to the new (higher) prices. In other words, the early registration prices apply to the date we receive the funds, not the date you filled out the online registration form. (Obviously, if you pay by credit card, we receive the funds immediately and this policy does not apply to you.)
All cancellations must be received in writing or by email. If received before October 1, 2007, a $50 processing fee will be incurred. No refund of any kind, for any reason (including medical emergencies) will be given for cancellation requests received after October 1, 2007. Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.
Eclipse Foundation reserves the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that the Eclipse Foundation should have to cancel Eclipse Summit Europe 2007, conference attendees will be refunded for the amount paid for the conference, but is not responsible for any attendees' other related expenses, including hotel and travel. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days after the scheduled conclusion of the conference.
