Aleksey Aristov works for WeigleWilczek GmbH as a chief software architect. With more then 10 years of professional software development experience, he is a competent specialist in the field of enterprise software. Cédric Brun
Cédric Brun is a Research Engineer at Obeo and Project Lead of the EMF compare project in Eclipse. In charge of the Acceleo community, he also works on software evolution, re-engineering and cartography of legacy systems through model driven processes. John Cunningham
John Cunningham leads Band XI International, a small software and services company started in 2005 that builds everything using Eclipse tooling and OSGi service-oriented bundle architectures. Although most of his work today is done in Java (and some Ruby), he really learned the most while working in LISP and Smalltalk. Mr. Cunningham has been building and managing software for 20 years in a wide variety of domains as a consultant and line manager. Patrick Dempsey
Once upon a time Patrick Dempsey was a member of the Embedded Java Enablement Team (eJET) in IBM’s Pervasive Computing Group. That time, all five years of it, has come and gone leaving only memories of RFID and Telematics and a much better understanding of OSGi, JAVA, embedded C and all manners of hardware devices. In ages past, he earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS and MS in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University. Rainer Ehre
Rainer Ehre, VP NetWeaver C Tools, joined SAP in 1986 with a Diploma of Computer Science of the University of Saarland, Saarbruecken. He started in ABAP programming language development which was/is SAP’s main business programming language, before he overtook responsibility for the SAP tools in the Java environment. Erich Gamma
Erich Gamma is a Distinguished Engineer at IBM Rational Software's Zurich lab. He is one of the leaders of the Jazz project. He was the original lead of the Eclipse Java development environment (JDT) and is on the Project Management Committee for the Eclipse project. Erich is also a member of the Gang of Four, which is known for its classical book, Design Patterns - Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software. Michael Kaply
Michael has worked for IBM for over 15 years, spending the last 10 working exclusively on web browsers and web technology. He started on web browsers leading the team that ported various Netscape technologies to OS/2 and them moved on to become an active member of the Mozilla community, working on the Mozilla suite as well as Firefox. Jeff McAffer
Jeff McAffer leads the Eclipse Equinox OSGi, RCP and Orbit teams and is a Senior Technical Staff Member with IBM Rational. He is one of the architects of the Eclipse Platform and a co-author of The Eclipse Rich Client Platform (Addison-Wesley). He is a member of the Eclipse Project PMC, the Tools project PMC and the Eclipse Foundation Board of Directors. Jeff is currently interested in all aspects of Eclipse componentry, from developing and building bundles to deploying, installing and ultimately running them. Previous lives included work in distributed/parallel OO computing (Server Smalltalk, massively parallel Smalltalk) as well as expert systems, meta-level architectures and a PhD at the University of Tokyo.

Adrian Skehill
Adrian Skehill is a Principal Engineer at IONA Technologies and is the technical lead on the eclipse tooling for IONA’s Artix product range. He is also sub-project lead on the STP Service Creation and SOA System sub projects. Adrian holds an MSc from Dublin City University and a degree in computer engineering from University of Limerick.

Shaun Smith
Shaun Smith is Ecosystem Development Lead for EclipeLink, the Eclipse Java Persistence Platform, co-lead of the Eclipse Dali Java Persistence API Tools Project, a committer on the Teneo project, and a product manager for Oracle TopLink. He hass been building systems using object-relational mapping technologies for a decade in both Java and Smalltalk.

Peter Sommerlad
Peter Sommerlad is professor and head of Institute for Software at HSR Rapperswil. Peter is co-author of Pattern-oriented Software Architecture Vol.1 and Security Patterns. His long-term goal is to make software simpler by Decremental Development: Refactoring software down to 10% its size with better architecture, testability, quality and functionality.

Mathias Stümpert
Mathias Stümpert joined the g-Eclipse project in July 2006. His background is astro particle physics where he contributed to JAVA based analysis tools and experiment control systems. Within the g-Eclipse project he is responsible for the architecture of the g-Eclipse framework and the integration of the different g-Eclipse components. He has been an Eclipse committer since autumn 2006.

Ralf Sternberg
Ralf Sternberg works as a software developer at Innoopract Informationssysteme in Karlsruhe. As a committer for the Rich Ajax Platform project, he is responsible for the RAP Widget Toolkit (RWT) and the theming infrastructure.

Dennis Vaughn
Dennis Vaughn is an original developer and committer on the Maya project, contributed by Cisco Systems. Besides the provisioning effort, he works on various Eclipse based tooling efforts at Cisco to improve engineering workflows. Dennis has worked as a software engineer in various industries including manufacturing, insurance and the financial sector.

Igor Vinnykov
Igor Vinnykov is the project lead of the Subversive project. He is a co-founder of Deiotariana LLC, a development partner of Polarion Software. In Polarion, he is responsible for the coordination and development of open source projects based on Subversion, such as Subversive and SVN Web Client. He also participates in various commercial projects of Polarion Software as project manager.

Tim Webb
Tim Webb leads the Maya project, established this spring, targeting multi-system provisioning of Eclipse applications. He currently works for Genuitec developing a commercial provisioning offering, in addition to his ongoing leadership of the Maya project. Previously Tim lead the development and eventual contribution of the Maya platform by Cisco Systems to the Eclipse community, in addition to multiple other Eclipse and OSGi-based internal products.

Hauke Wintjen works as a senior technical consultant in the automotive and manufacturing division for TietoEnator.
