Zach Holman shares insights on creating a happy experience fueling developers’ creativity, being inspired by how things are done at GitHub.
The best talk I'd vote in this conference! I wonder if there's a place to download the slides since I'm trying to share more details within my team about this session. Or you can send me mail with the slides. Thanks in advance!
I found this talk to be one of the best, from all the keynotes and sessions I attended.
I have been inspired, and intend to become an open source programmer. (I've never wanted to work outside of work before. But, if this isn't work...)
I've just ordered a raspberry Pi, and look forward to playing around with it. I think I'll do my best to get plugged into that community, and see if there are any needs that I may be able to meet. At the worst, I will post to a forum, "Anyone have some code that needs coding?"
Is this a good approach? I'm completely new to this, and probably a horrible programmer (nudge nudge, wink wink.)
Thanks very much for the inspiration,
