David Blado is a PaaS Evangelist on the OpenShift team. With a background in Release Engineering and Quality Assurance, he has a lot of experience with different technologies that enable him to help the OpenShift community be successful. He's presented at a variety of conferences and meetups on the topics of cloud computing, Java, NoSQL and PHP including CloudExpo East/West, GlueCon, CouchConf, MongoSF, MongoNYC, OSCON, OpenCloudWeekend. He enjoys learning about new technologies and has been spending more time with NoSQL and Django and keeping a close eye on Node.js. When not geeking out David enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, and long walks on the beach.
