Keynote #3: Peter Semmelhack and K. Venkatesh Prasad on The Car of the Future

The final keynote for EclipseCon 2012 is from Peter Semmelhack of Bug Labs and K. Venkatesh Prasad of Ford Motor Company. Peter and Prasad are working together to create an application development platform for the car of the future. OpenXC combines open source hardware and software to transform the car into a plug-and-play application development platform.

Thank you to everyone who submitted a speaking proposal for EclipseCon 2012, Agile ALM Connect and OSGi DevCon. We received over 380 proposals! The Program Committee will now start to work on selecting the final program. We expect to announce the program in early December. All of the submissions are available for review, comment and voting by the community. Feel free to give us your feedback on what you would like to see.
