Andrew is a Principle Member of Technical Staff at Oracle working on the Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse [http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/eclipse/overview/index.html]. Carlin is a Principle Member of Technical Staff at Oracle working on the Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse [http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/eclipse/overview/index.html], contributing extensive perfromance tuning work. He is a committer on the JavaServer Faces Tools Project at Eclipse and has made contributions to Web Tools and the platform resolving issues around concurrency and performance. Carlin has also been a committer at Apache in the past. Areas of interest include web frameworks, concurrency, and performance tuning.
