The Avatar Hotel is located about one mile from the Hyatt, and offers a free shuttle to and from the Hyatt and the San Jose airport. The Avatar is offering EclipseCon attendees a rate of $135.

The Hilton is across the street from the Hyatt, and is offering EclipseCon attendees a rate of $199 a night.
It appears to be sold out, but you can try calling for possible last minute cancellations (+1) 408-330-0001 and giving the code "ECC" to get the conference rate.
