During this tutorial - part of a six part series, you will develop a version of IT ticketing system called Trouble Ticket Tracking System (which can be enhanced to a full-blown application). The Trouble Ticket Tracking System is a web-based application that manages and maintains lists of tickets submitted for the products of an organization.  You will use an enhanced WPE (Web Page Editor) to create and design JSF and JSF facelets pages that submit tickets, show details of a specific ticket, and create set of Spring beans that are injected with JAX-WS SOAP clients. The JSF managed beans will use the Spring beans for submitting requests to server.

The first 30 attendees will receive a free 2GB USB memory stick with the required software, the other 5 parts of the tutorial source code, and the lab manuals.

Please bring your own laptop with 2-4GB ram, and 1GB disk available.
