This panel includes representation from various vendors who support Eclipse-based tooling for their mobile application SDKs. The goal is to find common ground for technologies that everyone can share in that can be built at Eclipse. It will also reveal the strength of Eclipse for mobile application development, one of the strongest growth areas in our industry.

Eric Cloninger from Motorola, the Sequoyah project lead will be the moderator for this panel.

Panelists will include:

  • Christian Kurzke of Motorola
  • Jon Dearden of Research in Motion
  • Narciso Jaramillo of Adobe
  • Paul Beusterien of Symbian
  • Special Panelist, representing the mobile developer community

Eric Cloninger is the Senior Product Manager for Motorola's MOTODEV Studio. He is also the lead for the Eclipse Foundation Sequoyah project. At Motorola, he leads teams of developers working on Eclipse open source projects and products targeting Motorola's Android-powered cell phones.
