Fun and Games
Running through the pleasant California mornings has become a tradition at EclipseCon. This year's runners will look especially good in their EclipseSource exercise shirts. ECon Exercise is a great way to get to know your fellow attendees in a casual setting, so we invite all runners (and walkers) to meet each morning in the Hyatt lobby at 7am. All levels of walking, running, and coding ability are welcome! For more information (especially about the prizes!), see the wiki page.

We will be updating the website with more details on this later, but be sure to note the time and place above – it's the first step toward winning the grand prize, a visit the NASA robotics lab in Los Angeles.
EclipseCon Trivia Game
It just wouldn't be EclipseCon without a game that offers great prizes for joining forces with new and old friends. This year's version is Trivia, Eclipse-style. Read all about it on the Trivia Game page and get ready to compete for some really great stuff. (Hint: some of our sponsors make nice gadgets, and they are eager to get them into your hands so you can blog about how cool they are!)
Sessions all day, Unconference and BoFs at night – and in between are the receptions, designed to feed you, relax you, and help you get to know everyone else.
The Monday evening Members and Committers Reception, sponsored by Oracle, will be pool-side at the Hyatt if the weather cooperates, or in the Magnolia Room (Registration area) if not. The food, drink, and fun go until 7:15, when the BoFs and Unconference begin.
The Eclipse Community Awards honor the individual contributors, the Eclipse projects, and the technologies that have made Eclipse a stronger community in the past year. Please join us as we announce the winners, beginning at 5:45pm, immediately preceding the Members Reception.
OSGi DevCon BoF and Reception
Sonatype is sponsoring the Monday Evening OSGi DevCon BoF/Reception. This gathering is a great way to network with the OSGi community! The festivities begin after the Members Reception and Awards Ceremony, so please stop by the Bayshore East and Bayshore West Rooms, 7:30 to 9pm.
Tuesday evening is party time in the Exhibit Area! While you'll have many opportunities to visit the sponsor booths as you go to and from the sessions, the Exhibitors Reception (sponsored by Intel) gives you more time to chat with the sponsors and check out what our member companies are doing while enjoying refreshments on the Hyatt mezzanine.
The Poster Reception in the Grand Ballroom on Wednesday evening is sponsored by SAP. This is a fun community networking event, where you can see what everyone else has been doing over the last year. Enjoy a special menu while you peruse the posters and meet the authors representing Eclipse-based projects and products.
