Web services are considered a leading implementation of a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) which are components that provide services over a network in open, interoperable, platform neutral standards. The Web services tools in Eclipse Web Tools Platform (WTP) enables users to easily create WS-I compliant WSDL files, create Web services using Axis and Axis2 Web service runtimes, and test the Web services.

Given by the people who build WTP Web services tools, this long talk will give an overview of Web services tools in WTP, highlight what's new in WTP 3.0, give a sneek preview of what's coming in WTP 3.1 and demonstrate the tools.

The agenda will include:

She had been involved with the Web services component in the Eclipse Web Tools Platform since it's inception.
