Agile development impacts more than just the process of developing software. When done well, Agile practices allow you to obtain feedback faster, deliver more of what your customers want with higher quality and allow you to obtain a higher ROI more quickly than before. Attendees will gain a greater understanding of the underlying model of Agile development, learn exactly how and why Agile provides significant business benefits, and discover which of the many Agile practices contribute the most business value.
