Markus Schorn

In CDT 5.0 you will find the Macro Expansion Explorer, a new tool to investigate macro-expansions step by step. With a few examples I'll demonstrate how to use it.

There is a bug in the CDT 5.0m5 ganymede release (caused by a faulty compiler on the build machine), you need to patch your installation before using the macro expansion tool.

It's a good idea to look at the sample project ahead of the talk. It contains 2 errors, try to fix them! The preprocessor reference may answer questions about what the preprocessor can or cannot do.

Markus is a committer on the CDT project, holds a MS degree in Mathematics from the Reaserch Institute of Symbolic Computation, Hagenberg/Austria. Markus has been working for Wind River in Salzburg, Austria since 2001.
