Buckminster is an Tools sub-project providing a component build, assemble & deploy framework. Spaces is a new ETP sub-project providing personal code sharing spaces for Eclipse IDE users that uses Buckminster for publishing and import capabilities.
Used in combination, these technologies provide a powerful and efficient new way for developers to actively publish and consume components within an extensive, decentralized grid of developers and projects.
This talk will examine the technical relationship between Spaces and Buckminster and
explore of the many ways in which Spaces and Buckminster can be used together. A live demo will be provided in which an application is assembled directly from components published into multiple developer spaces.
