Conference hotel space is reserved at The Biltmore Hotel and Suites. For individual reservations, please call the hotel directly at 408-988-8411 or 1-800-255-9925. You may also reserve your room online. In reserving your room by phone, please advise the name of the conference.

The Biltmore includes complimentary shuttle service within a 5-Mile radius, which will include the San Jose Airport as well as the convention center. The hotel is approximately 2 miles from the convention center (5 minutes). Included in the rate is their complimentary hot breakfast buffet.

HOLIDAY INN GREAT AMERICA

Additional conference hotel space is reserved at the Holiday Inn Great America. You may reserve your room by phone or online. To reserve online, go to the hotel website and click on "make a reservation" on the right side. Enter your date of arrival, length of stay, and room preference. Click on the plus sign (+) in the field labeled "Corporate, Group & IATA." For "Group Booking Code," enter ECC. Click on "Check Availability," and then click on "Reserve." To reserve by phone, call 408-235-8900 or 800-586-5691, say you are attending EclipseCon 2008, and provide reservation code ECC.

The guest rooms are equipped with electronic key access, work stations with dual telephone lines, Free Wireless internet, data ports, voice mail.

The hotel is 1/2 mile from the Santa Clara Convention Center, 4 miles North of San Jose International Airport and 35 miles South of San Francisco International. They offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the San Jose Airport and complimentary transportation every 1/2 hour to the Convention Center from 7 am to 11 pm.

HYATT REGENCY SANTA CLARA

The convention hotel is the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara. All guest room reservations must be made individually via the online form or by calling 800-233-1234 or 408-200-1234. Discounted rooms are no longer available at the Hyatt, however, you can still book rooms at the regular rate.

Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, a four-diamond hotel, combines luxury and service with a premier location adjacent to the Santa Clara Convention Center. The Hyatt has a "Grand" bed in each guest room, high speed internet in all guest rooms with Wi-fi in all public areas. There is a 24-hour business center, outdoor heated pool, fitness center and jogging paths.

This four-diamond hotel is located across the street from the Santa Clara Convention Center. Ground Transportation from San Jose International Airport

Shuttles - Shuttles can either be arranged over the telephone or can be found waiting in one of two areas: (list of shuttle companies)

Terminal A - In the Ground Transportation Center located south of the Terminal Garage
Terminal C - Outside, same side of street, just south of baggage claim
Cost: Approximate cost for one-way trip is $16.00 - $21.00 per person.

Taxi - Taxis are stationed at the airport for on-demand service. They are accessible from Terminal A and Terminal C.
