Subversive is open-source Eclipse Team Provider plug-in for Subversion (SVN). The project is now approved as Eclipse Technology project and awaiting provisioning.

This short talk will introduce the Subversive project, concentrating on things not directly related to the UI/visible functionality (The proposed accompanying The talk is meant as fast briefing for people who want to learn more about Subversive than needed just from the end user perspective. Follow up discussions are welcomed.

Michal Dobisek is Software Architect at Polarion Software. There he is involved in shaping multiple commercial and open source Java projects. He has three years experience in using, administering, tweaking and training Subversion. He was a speaker at multiple international events, including Eclipse Forum Europe and JAX. He holds a Masters degree in Cybernetics from Gerstner Laboratory of the Czech Technical University in Prague.
