- If students want guaranteed access to a tutorial, they must register and pay in advance. However, if students are willing to wait until 1 week before the conference, if there are empty seats at that time, they can attend the tutorial for no cost. Students may also mix and match their tutorial selections: pay for one tutorial, wait on three, etc. Please contact the EclipseCon office for more details.
For cash flow reasons (i.e., we have to pay the convention center),
group discounts are only available pre-paid - purchase orders
must be paid before registration codes for the discounts will be provided.
Group discounts only apply to paid registrations - presenters who get
free registrations do not count towards the group count total.
Group discounts may be applied retroactively, in other words, if Company X
sends ten people registering normally, and then decides to send ten more
people thereby qualifying for the group discount, Company X can pay the
difference between what they have paid and the appropriate group discount
rate, and retroactively apply the group discount to the ten who have already
for a group discount bulk registration.
