Liked_Best: All of Eclipse in one place. I could get a sense of a project from a session without reading and tracking it on the web which would have been otherwise very time consuming.

Improve_Next_Year: EclipseCon was overwhelming. It seemed many talks were aimed at committers. For a beginner, I would have found an introductory track very valuable. Something where all of the projects could demonstrate their project, its application and a little bit about extending/contributing to it. Tutorials serve part of this need but with 1 tutorial day, one can only see 2 projects! It might be useful to have an all day tutorial which does the \"Gentle Introduction to the Eclipse Universe\". It would discuss each project and present its 1) use 2) architecture 3) how to extend/write plug-ins 4) future direction. This may also interest experienced Eclipser\'s who want to contribute to another project.
