Improve_Next_Year: With EPF, you are opening up for a whole array of topics around people & best practices that are poorely covered today. I think you should broaden the topics to include a track on people & practices. I think that would broaden the appeal of the conference. So, keynotes are of interest, but very few of the technical sessions.
