Improve_Next_Year: Provide financial support for committers to attend the conference. Eclipse is centered on community and a key part of the community is the committers. With committers already giving of their time to work on Eclipse I propose that they should not have to give their money as well to attend the conference. I believe as Eclipse becomes larger and larger in scope it become even more important to ensure that representative committers from every domain are at the conference.
