Liked_Best: The diversity and distribution of talks was very good. At any given time there was something of interest to me being discussed, without a great deal of overlap so I rarely missed one talk I wanted to see while attending another.

Exhibit_Hall_Hours: The 2006 scheduling system worked well for me. If there were a way to put them in a more centralized location, so people walked through the booths on their way somewhere else (checkin or the bookstore for example), that might increase their exposure.

Keynote_Speakers: An overview of products developed with Eclipse, perhaps.
Improve_Next_Year: More healthy options for snacks, alongside the pastries, would be good. If weather and venue permit you might consider holding a keynote or a meal outside.
Further outside the box: How about a simple eclipse app/plugin for EclipseCon talk attendance scheduling, etc? Something that displays the con schedule as obtained from the web, lets the user select his/her itinerary, etc.
