Distributing the presentations and tutorial materials on a USB drive was excellent.
I also enjoyed the BoF sessions.

Exhibit_Hall_Hours: I was able to see everything of interest in the Exhibit Hall. I was, however, surprised at the number of exhibits -- it seemed rather small.

Improve_Next_Year: It would be really nice to have all of the presentations available on the web after the conference. To your credit, most of the presentations are there. There are a few for sessions that I chose not to attend (so that I could attend a different session) but wanted to have a look at later.

Please consider recording the long and short talks on video and putting them up on the website. You could also record the tutorials and make them available for a fee.
