Improve_Next_Year: Make the BOFs earlier. By the time 9:30 hits, everyone is just plain dead. I\'d give up keynotes for BOFs in a heartbeat. I found I had to skip the keynotes just to catch up on much needed sleep.

Also allow there to be BOFs scheduled ahead of time. Many projects have overlapping participants that wish to attend eachother\'s BOFs, and also not everyone arrives on the same day. This year for instance the CDT BOF was scheduled for Monday evening, during the reception (when all the committers were wining and dining), and many attendees don\'t arrive until Tuesday because they don\'t go to tutorials. Huge SNAFU.

Also, it would be EXTREMELY useful if the conference was partially still open for an extra day, where each of the subprojects could get a smallish room and a projector in order to do actual project work. These sessions would have to be more or less by invitation only or nothing would get done though. Those of us in the CDT project did this but we had to secure off-site meeting space, which made things awkward.
