keep the short talks in adjacent rooms so that it\'s easier to switch room depending on which talk we want to hear.

set an half day dedicated to commiters meeting for each respective project. the conference is almost the unique occasion that commiters have to meet in person and it would be great if it was possible to organize proper working session (meeting at 8pm doesn\'t really do much good, especially after after 10h of various tech talks and a couple hours of drinking) . For example if the conference moved to a 2+3 format as described above, then one of the tutorials slot could used for such sessions.
